SkinSteps Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Destinations
SkinSteps currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at hello@skinsteps.online.

Lost or Damaged Packages
SkinSteps is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package hasn't arrived or arrived damaged.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SkinSteps is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
