Products & Authenticity
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell is a genuine Korean-made product sourced through established wholesale distributors. We never stock gray-market or repackaged items. If a product ever arrives looking different from what you expected, contact us at hello@skinsteps.online and we'll make it right.
How do you decide which products to carry?
Every product is verified against the brand's own official page before it enters our store. If a brand doesn't claim a product suits your skin type, neither do we. Kits are additionally checked so nothing inside conflicts with anything else, morning or night.
How fresh are the products?
We order in small, frequent batches rather than warehousing large stock, so products reach you with long shelf life remaining. Korean products show either an expiration date or a manufacturing date on the packaging.
The Skin Quiz & Kits
How does the skin quiz work?
The quiz takes about two minutes. It asks about your skin type, top concerns, and routine habits, then matches you to one of our five-step kits. Every kit is pre-checked for skin type fit and ingredient compatibility, so you get a complete routine, not a guessing game. Take the quiz here.
What's in a kit?
Each kit covers the five steps of a complete routine: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Full-size kits are $99. Travel-size kits let you try the same routine for less before committing to full sizes.
Can I customize a kit or buy products individually?
Yes to both. Every product in our kits is also available individually, and you can build your own routine step by step through the shop. If you're unsure where to start, the quiz is the fastest path.
What are PM Boost Kits?
PM Boost Kits are evening add-ons that layer targeted treatment onto your core routine, matched to your skin type or concern. They're designed to work alongside our five-step kits without ingredient conflicts.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Orders ship from New Jersey.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $6.99, and free on orders over $70. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, plus the express payment options shown at checkout.
Do you offer discounts?
New customers get 10% off their first order of $25 or more with code WELCOME10. Joining our email list is the best way to hear about future offers first.
Returns & Support
What's your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Open skincare products can't be restocked or resold. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Full details on our Return Policy page.
A product didn't work for my skin. What now?
Skin is personal, and even a well-matched product occasionally disagrees with someone. Stop using it and email us at hello@skinsteps.online. We can't accept opened products back, but we'll help you adjust your routine and find the right fit, and we'll take that feedback into how we build our kits.
