SkinSteps Return Policy
We want you to love your SkinSteps products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
We evaluate returns case-by-case. Unopened, unused products in original packaging are always eligible. If a product has been opened or used, contact us first; we'll review the situation (for example, a product that caused a reaction or didn't match your skin type as recommended by our quiz) before approving the return.
Shipping Costs
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
- If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or it wasn't the right fit, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@skinsteps.online with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and, if approved, a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used travel-size kits and sample sets, due to hygiene and safety standards
- Items marked as final sale or purchased with a clearance discount
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your order
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@skinsteps.online within 14 days and we'll make it right.
